Returns & Refunds
At Simply Jos & Steph, we work with trusted third-party suppliers to fulfill and ship your orders. As such, all returns, exchanges, and refunds are subject to the return policies of our suppliers.We do not directly process returns at our business location. If there is an issue with your order (such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), please contact us within 7 days of delivery at simplyjosandsteph@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will coordinate with the supplier to resolve it.
Refunds or exchanges are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, depending on supplier approval.
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping may be the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise specified.
