How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days after that. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way!

How do I return or exchange an item?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Just email us at simplyjosandsteph@gmail.com with your order number and we will take great care of you.

Do you offer family matching outfits?

Yes! We absolutely do — and it is one of our favorite things to offer. Check out our Mini Me Matching collection for coordinating styles the whole family will love. From parents to little ones, we have got you covered.

How do I find my size?

Each product page includes sizing information and a size guide where available. When in doubt, we recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit or reaching out to us directly — we are happy to help you find the perfect fit.

Do you restock sold out items?

We do our best to restock popular styles! You can sign up for back-in-stock notifications directly on the product page. We will send you an email the moment your favorite item is available again.

Can I change or cancel my order?
